Animal Hospital of Waynesboro is seeking a highly-motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!
Top applicants MUST have a positive, can-do attitude, exceptional communication & critical thinking skills, a passion for serving the needs of pet owners/clients, the stamina needed for a high-volume service environment, and the ability to work any shift (morning or evening). Applicants must answer phones, greet clients, maintain patient records, process invoices, balance daily totals, and be proficient with office equipment. Knowledge of veterinary terminology preferred and previous veterinary office experience preferred.
